Resonant Cave calls in a combination of plants that help encourage flow, openness, and a reawakened union between the sacred fire and water within. I made this elixir to help me soften creative blocks that were residing in my throat, shortening my breath, tightening airways, and preventing release.

Made with sweet, lubricating marshmallow root, warming heat from the ginger rhizome, and the energizing fruit of the schisandra berry, I also find this formula a nourishing and nurturing tonic for creative sacral rhythms (a.k.a. a gentle aphrodisiac). The sacrum is the seat of our creative fire, and without regular tending our libido and abundant spark can begin to wane. Feel watered, warmed and inspired by this formula.

Contains: alcohol, water, vegetable glycerin, spring moon water, rose (Rosa damascena), marshmallow (Althea officinalis), cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum), vitex (Vitex agnus-castus), lemon verbena (Aloysia citriodora), violet (Viola odorata), schisandra berry (Schisandra chinensis), lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), fireweed honey, and mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris), marshmallow (Althea officinalis) & lilac (Syringa vulgaris) flower essences.

Use: 20-30 drops 1-2x/day; administered and held briefly under tongue, or added to a cup of water or tea.
